If you know you have an especially busy week coming up then try prepping meals ahead of time so you don’t run out of energy mid-day when there is no time for a meal break! Eat Plenty of Fruits & Vegetables

Pack Easy, Healthy Snacks

Think about which snacks will travel well from class to class or from one side of campus to the other without getting smushed or melted. Items like apples, carrots and hummus packs, protein bars/shakes, etc., are great options because they won’t take up too much space in your bag but still provide enough energy until your next meal time.
