4 Meal Options From Our Sample Sorority Menu at Upper Crust

Considering a dining partnership with Upper Crust? Here’s what your members can expect at each meal—from morning coffee to late-night study snacks.

Every chapter eats differently. Different schedules, different preferences, different traditions around meals. Our dining programs accommodate that reality through structured flexibility: consistent service three times daily with options that respect how different people approach eating.

Here’s what daily dining looks like.

Breakfast: Two Approaches

Some members wake with time for a full meal. Others are grabbing something portable on their way to an early class.

Our continental breakfast provides bagels, cereals, pastries, and fresh fruit—quality options designed to travel well when you’re heading out the door.

Our hot breakfast includes eggs prepared to order, along with proteins, oatmeal, pancakes, and French toast. Members with more time can start their day with a substantial meal that actually sustains them through morning classes.

Both options are available simultaneously. Members choose what works for their morning.

Lunch: Multiple Stations

Our buffet offers multiple entrees daily—different proteins, preparations, and flavor profiles so members aren’t eating the same rotation of meals week after week.

The salad bar provides fresh greens, vegetables, fruits, cheeses, and proteins for members wanting lighter fare or building meals around specific nutritional goals.

At the deli station, members create custom sandwiches and wraps—choosing their own combinations of meats, cheeses, vegetables, and bread.

Dessert is included. Beverages—iced tea, lemonade, infused water, fountain sodas—accompany every meal.

We also provide sack lunches and late plates available for pickup at breakfast. Members with afternoon commitments, athletes with practice schedules, students with back-to-back classes—they still eat well even when standard meal times don’t align with their day.

Dinner: Evening Gathering

Dinner often represents when your chapter comes together. We structure service to support that.

Like lunch, dinner includes a buffet with multiple entrees and an available salad bar. Dessert is served at minimum twice weekly—more often during special occasions or when our chefs feel inspired.

Late plates remain available for pickup at lunch, ensuring members with evening commitments don’t miss proper meals.

All dinner service includes beverages. We understand college schedules shift constantly—what works one semester changes the next. Our service adapts to that reality rather than forcing members into rigid timing.

Snacks: Fueling Between Meals

Genuine hunger strikes between structured meals. Late-night study sessions. Afternoon practice. Early morning meetings before breakfast service begins.

We provide two daily snack options ranging from fresh fruit and sandwich supplies to popcorn and ice cream bars. The goal is offering both nutritious options and occasional indulgences—because balance matters.

Snacks aren’t afterthoughts. They’re intentional support for the reality that college schedules create hunger at unpredictable times, and members deserve access to food that actually sustains them rather than just filling immediate need.

Customization Within Structure

While this represents our standard approach, every chapter partnership begins with understanding your specific needs. How many members? What are meal time preferences? Any dietary considerations we should address? Budget parameters?

We adapt our service model to fit your chapter rather than forcing you into generic plans that ignore your circumstances.

What This Creates

Members wake up knowing breakfast will be ready. They attend classes without worrying about their next meal. They return to the house for dinner and find food prepared, service organized, cleanup handled.

The mental energy saved—not planning meals, not shopping, not cooking, not managing kitchen operations—gets redirected toward what you’re actually in college to accomplish.

That’s the partnership we provide: removing the complexity of feeding dozens of people three times daily while maintaining quality, variety, and flexibility.
